Hunnington Triple Distilled Single Malt Whisky - Cask HD015 (sherry cask) 500ml

Cask HD015 is a 100litre cask that has matured a. few months over 6 years in a Spanish 100-litre Sherry Cask. The small cask size ensures a deep, concentrated interaction with the wood, resulting in an incredible depth of flavour you have to taste to believe.

Nose

Taste

Sweet, with a beautifully balanced sense of alcohol at the front gently building on the palate highlighting Turkish delight and rich fruit notes. The whisky sits nicely on the palate with an exciting sense of alcohol and a finish which lasts forever.

As with all our whiskies due to its small-batch, single cask maturation, this release is incredibly rare. Bottled at 48.0% there are only 201 numbered 500ml bottles and 85  little 200ml flasks.
